Her centerfold was photographed by Peter Gowland, the first of his extensive Playboy career. According to The Playmate Book, Turner did layouts for other men's magazines, including Frolic, Jest and Modern Man Quarterly.

Her first film was with her Playboy photographer Bunny Yeager and named "Bunny Yeager's Nude Camera" (1963) and her second film, which she starred under her real name Marie Perry was named "Intimate Diary of Artists' Models". Both films are rated R for nudity. She is now retired in Florida.
