Maria competed in four Paralympic games. She competed in the 100m and 200m in each games between 1996 and 2008 inclusive, he also competed in the 400m in each of those games except the 2000 Summer Paralympics and the long jump in 1996. In all that time she won four medals, all bronzes two in the 100m and two in the 200m in each of 1996 and 2004.[1]
