Sextus Anicius Faustus Paulinus (I) or Marcus Junius Caesonius Nicomachus Anicius Faustus Paulinus (II) (ca 240 - aft. 300) (Pur between 299 and 300) was the Consul of Rome in 298 with Virius Gallus. He was the son of Quintus Anicius Faustus (born ca 210), and wife (married before 240), Asinia Juliana Nicomacha (born ca 215), paternal grandson of Quintus Anicius Faustus Paulinus, Legate of Moesia Inferior between 229 and 230, and maternal grandson of Caius Asinius Nicomachus Julianus.
He married Amnia Demetrias (b. ca 245), a Noblewoman, probably the daughter of Tiberius Claudius and wife Flavia (b. ca 220), who was probably the son of Tiberius Claudius Themistocles (ca 155 - aft. 220/255), son of Tiberius Claudius Frontonianus (ca 130 - aft. 165), Asiarch and Curator, and had issue:
