He made his professional boxing debut in 2001 and continued in the sport until 2009 when he joined Konfrontacja Sztuk Walki (KSW), Poland's premier mixed martial arts organization.
Since 2003 he organizes annual charitable soccer match between boxers team and speedways team, which from income is designed for most needies.

Boxing
Najman held an amateur boxing record of 4 wins and 1 loss, as well as a kickboxing record of 8 wins and 4 losses. He made his professional boxing debut in 2001 and lost his first three fights by way of technical knockout. He then recorded his first win in 2004, after TKO'ing Tomasz Gorski, and went on a winning streak of twelve fights. On 2 April 2008, he faced Andrzej Wawrzyk for the Polish Heavyweight Championship and was knocked out in the second round.
Najman then won his next fight on 29 November 2008 by defeating Slovakia's Anton Lascek via unanimous decision.
Najman went back to boxing, on 29 October 2010 he fought in show fight against Adam Koprowski. Fight had 4 rounds. Most of visitors said that it was hard to tell who was a winner. Both of boxers got commemorative cups for this fight.
Mixed martial arts
In 2009, Najman signed a four-fight mixed martial arts contract with Konfrontacja Sztuk Walki (KSW). He was due to make his MMA debut against Jahmai Satisch at KSW XI in May 2009, but he was forced to pull out due to injury. He then made his debut against a fellow newcomer to the sport, the five-time World's Strongest Man title holder Mariusz Pudzianowski on 11 December 2009 at KSW XII. Najman was submitted in the first round by a series of punches and kicks after being knocked to the canvas.
He faced fellow boxer-turned-celebrity Przemysław Saleta at KSW XIV in September 2010.[1] Both used to be friends and are known to have an ongoing feud which goes back a number of years. Personal insults in press happened regularly before and even after the fight, which Saleta won by submission due to a forearm choke. Najman was defeated by Saleta in round 1 via forearm choke. Najman intended his fight benefit for charity activity- an ill boy. Over a dozen hours after bout boy died, despite it Najman transferred all money to his mother.
Despite his promise to retire in case of losing, Najman stated after the fight that he feels morally a winner and will continue to fight.
Personal life
On 2 March 2008, he took part in the Polish Celebrity Big Brother reality TV show. He was voted out by the public on 23 March. After the show, he had a two-month relationship with fellow housemate Sasha Strunin.[2]
