Marc Elias is the lead attorney for the 2008 Al Franken for Senate campaign in Minnesota.[1][2] Elias is a partner at the law firm Perkins Coie whose clients include the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee and numerous U.S. Senators, Representatives, and Governors and their campaigns.[3]
In 2004, Elias was General Counsel for the Kerry-Edwards presidential campaign.[4] He was also General Counsel for Chris Dodd's short-lived 2008 presidential campaign.[5]
