Mapletree is a real estate company in Singapore. The company own approximately S$6.2 billion of real estate assets comprising office, logistics, industrial, business park, retail and lifestyle properties in Singapore.

In addition, the company also manage S$5.6 billion of third party assets across Asia in China, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Malaysia and Vietnam.[1]
