Maołfaonküch ([ˈmɔːwfɔːnkyx]; other names: möłfonküh, śüsterpop) is a kind of scrambled eggs, which is typical for the city of Wilamowice. It is one of the few traditional Vilamovian dishes.[1]
It differs from classic scrambled eggs by containing milk and flour. It is fried with fat from meat pieces. It is served and eaten together with bread with butter.
