Manuk Hergnyan (Armenian: Մանուկ Հերգնյան, Russian: Манук Ергнян) is the chairman of Economy and Values Research Center, managing partner of EV Consulting and co-author of National Competitiveness Report of Armenia (2008, 2009, 2010 issues). He holds membership of The Competitiveness Institute, an international association of competitiveness professionals, as well as the Microeconomics of Competitiveness Network of over 80 universities worldwide chaired by Michael E. Porter.[1] He is also a member of the Republic of Armenia Government Scientific and Technical Council[2] and Coordinating Council of CANDLE Project.[3]

Manuk Hergynan holds Moscow State University PhD degree in Economics.
