Manuel Vicente Romerogarcía

Manuel Vicente Romerogarcía (Venezuela, 1861 - Aracataca, Colombia, August 22, 1917), was a Venezuelan writer, telegrapher and politician best known for his novel Peonía (1890).^[1]
