The Maltese Youth League Section A 2009–10, the highest tier for U19's football in Malta, started in 21 October and is scheduled to end in May.The two lowest finishing teams will be relegated to Maltese Youth League Section B.In the previous season, Balzan U19's and Lija U19's were relegated and were replaced with Melita U19's and Mosta U19's.
