Malini Yugendran

Malini Yugendran, full name Hayma Malini Yugendran, is a television anchor^[1] and beauty pageant winner.

She was born and brought up in Singapore though her grandparents are from Sri Lanka. She started out as a RJ for Oli 96.8FM. She won the Singapore Channel's most favourite host title three consecutive times and moved to India after her marriage with Yugendran, son of Malaysia Vasudevan. She is a popular host in Vijay TV and Hosts Airtel Super Singer. She is currently hosting Ponds En Aasai Unodu Than on Jaya TV. She has also hosted for Kalaingar TV and Sun TV. She is married with two sons. Her husband Yugendran is an actor, singer and music director for movies like Balam and Veeramum Eeramum.

She runs her own events and video production company in Singapore called RAMBUTAN MEDIA WORKS and RAMBUTAN PRODUCTIONS in India. She and her husband produce programs for Kalaignar TV and Polimer TV.

Hayma Malini has won a few beauty pageant titles in Singapore and has represented Singapore in international pageants and the latest is the Mrs Globe 2007 which she attended the international pageant in America.

• Miss Model 1995 and represented Singapore in Turkey
• Miss Singapore Tourism 1997 and represented Singapore in Macau
• Mrs Singapore Globe 2007/8 and represented Singapore in Palm Springs, USA
