Stats at ESPN.com Malcolm Brown (born 1993) is an American football running back for the University of Texas at Austin. He attended Byron P. Steele High School in Cibolo, Texas. Brown earned a 2010 USA Today High School All-American nomination.
After running for 2,192 yards and 24 touchdowns in his junior year,[1] Brown rushed for 2,596 yards and 30 TDs, leading Steele to their first-ever Class 5A Division II state championship.[2] Regarded as a five-star recruit by Rivals.com, Brown is listed as the No. 1 running back prospect in the class of 2011.[3] Brown chose the University of Texas over Oklahoma, Florida State, Alabama, Notre Dame, and Stanford.
