Sir Malachy Joseph Higgins QC (born 30 October 1944) is a Northern Ireland Lord Justice of Appeal and is styled as The Hon Mr Justice Higgins.

He was educated at St MacNissi's College, Garron Tower; Queens University Belfast (LLB) and Middle Temple (BL).
