It was established in 1889 and under André and Jacques Pic, the restaurant was awarded the prestigious 3 Michelin stars between 1934 and 1994 and regained it under Anne-Sophie Pic in 2007. Anne-Sophie is the daughter of Jacques Pic.[1] A world renowned restaurant, the chefs of the pic provided for the "Culinary Master Series 2005".[2]
