Mian Fareed Abbas Kathia

Mian Fareed Abbas Kathia is a well-known politician of the Toba Tek Singh district. He has been elected twice as Nazim and has been a candidate for membership of the Provincial Assembly of Pakistan (MPA) for the PP-89 constituency since 2008.^[1]

He is aiming to improve the conditions economically of the poor families of his area.

Previously his grandfather Mian Ghulam Fareed Kathia was elected as a member of the legislative assembly for the region under British administration. His father was elected many times as the Nazim of the area.
