Barasat Mahatma Gandhi Memorial High School is a higher secondary boys' school in the town of Barasat, North 24 Parganas, West Bengal, India. A Computer Training Centre in the school is run by the Government of West Bengal.
The school was established with 38 students on 26 February, 1948, as Barasat Government School, just after the death of Mahatma Gandhi. It was founded by the efforts of Shri Binoybhushan Gangopadhyay and other local guardians.
The Principal was Mr. Anwar Hussain (now retired). The assistant Head Master is Dwijendra Prasad Mondal.
Previous Headmasters were Binoy Bhushan Ganguly, Binoy Bhushan Ganguly, Ranajit Das Gupta, Dr. Ajay Roy and Dr. Sk Anowar Hossain. Dr. Durga Das Mukherjee was one of the founders of the school.
In 1998 the school won the All Bengal Quiz Competition in Dum Dum. In 2000 the school won the Inter School Championship organized by the Cricket Lovers Association.
