Mahant Kirpal Das

'Mahant Kirpal Das was a prominent member of the Udasi sect of Sikhism who fought with Guru Gobind Singh at the Battle of Bhangani. In Bichitra Natak, Guru Gobind Singh says that Kirpal fought like a true Kshatriya in the battle, and killed Hayat Khan (the leader of the defected Pathans) with his Kutka (mace).[1] The Guru killed Bhikan Khan's horse with his arrow, and Khan fled from the battlefield
