Mah Laqa Bai also known as Chanda Bibi is an Indian 18th century Urdu poet. She was a court dancer during the time of Nizam II and III.[1] She was the first woman poet of India to author a full collection of Urdu ghazals and whose anthology was ever published.[2] She was a popular courtesan during her time.

Her tomb is located near Moula Ali in Secunderabad which was restored in 2010 by the US consulate, Hyderabad with the help of Centre for Deccan Studies.
