Gordon S. Marshall

Gordon S. Marshall is an American electronics entrepreneur.

The University of Southern California School of Business is named after him, following a pledge of $35 million made in 1997. Gordon S. Marshall is a USC business alumnus (class of 1946)

Marshall has been a member of the university's board of trustees for nearly three decades. At the time, his company, Marshall Industries, based in El Monte, California, was one of the nation's five largest distributors of industrial electronic components and production supplies. Marshall Industries was bought by Avnet in 1999.
