The park is best known simply as "Parque das Dunas" (Dunes Park), or "Bosque dos Namorados" (Valentine's Woods), is a reserve of 1,172 hectares[3] of Atlantic Forest and dunes in the heart of the city of Natal, capital of the Brazilian state of Rio Grande do Norte.
