The Brindled Green (Dryobotodes eremita) is a moth of the Noctuidae family. It is found in most of Europe, east to Turkey.
The wingspan is 32-39 mm. Adults are on wing in August and September. There is one generation per year.
The larvae feed on Quercus species, initially on the buds and later on the leaves.
