It is part of the Sydney Ferries network. It is located on the Rydalmere ferry route travelling between Rydalmere and Circular Quay ferry wharves; in peak hours two extra ferries run between Bayview Park wharf and Darling Harbour. There is approximately one service per hour at all times.[1]. The wharf has a single jetty used for the docking of ferries.
