He holds a Bachelors in Dental Surgery with specialization in cosmetics from JNMC, Wardha, Maharashtra; Masters in Business Administration; Masters in Political Science and specializations in Human Rights and Consumer Protection from IGNOU. He is an advisory board member of Management Teachers Consortium - Global[2], a member of the Executive Council of Pandit Ravishankar Shukla University nominated by honourable Governor of State and a member of the advisory board of various colleges[3]. He is also the member of PETA. He was rated as the top young motivator from India by Rajasthan Patrika, a leading news paper of India[4]. As a noted social figure, he serves as the national president[5] of Tarun Kranti Award Council founded by Krantikari Rashtrasant Muni Shri Tarun Sagar Ji Maharaj.

Awards
- Best Corporate Trainer Award:[9] As a trainer he received the best corporate trainer award from MTC GLOBAL (Management Teachers Consortium- Global) on 27th August 2011, at Hyderabad, India.
- Pt Sunderlal Sharma Literature Award[10]: As an author he is the recipient of the coveted Sundarlal Sharma Literature Award for his books, presented by Dr Raman Singh, Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh and Mr Arun Jaitley, Former Cabinet Minister & leader of opposition, India on November 2, 2010.[11]
- Guinness World Records: As a trainer and leadership coach, his name was entered into Guinness Book of World Records with his team Durg Bhilai Lifecraft[12] on February 6, 2005. [13]
- Kamal Patra award: He received the prestigious individual award Kamal patra of Indian Junior Chamber International in Bangalore in 2006 for international literary & leadership achievements.[14]
- Lifetime Achievement Award: He received the first Lifetime Achievement Award for international literary and leadership achievements by Junior Chamber International, Durg Bhilai on September 11, 2010. The honor was conferred by poet Padma Shri Surendra Dubey and artist Padma Shri J M Nelson.[15]
