Double Eleven is an independent video game developer located in Middlesbrough, United Kingdom. It was founded by former Rockstar Games developers, Lee Hutchinson and Matt Shepcar, in 2009.[2][3] They are currently developing LittleBigPlanet for Sony PlayStation Vita.[4][5]

History

In 2010 they began working on an undisclosed title with Sony Computer Entertainment Europe,[2] revealed at the Electronic Entertainment Expo 2011 to be LittleBigPlanet for PlayStation Vita. In 2011 they joined the trade association TIGA.[6] On 19 July 2011 Sony announced that they had signed an exclusivity deal with Double Eleven that includes the PS Vita version of LittleBigPlanet as well as future titles across all Sony platforms.
