Formed in Bedford in 2008 the band consists of Rob Damiani (lead vocals and electronics), Simon Delaney (guitar), Luke Rayner (bass) and Matt Donnelly (drums and vocals).

Biography
Formation (2008)
All four members of Don Broco met when they attended Bedford Modern School. Rob Damiani, who joined the School in Year 9, was the latest arrival. The remaining members met during their Junior School days.[1]
The band, which initially underwent many different names, including Club Sex, formed in 2008, after the boys finished university.
First Tours (2008-2010)
They first toured the country in November 2008, playing gigs in places such as Leeds, Birmingham, Manchester and Watford, amongst others.[2]
They appeared at Camden Crawl and Download Festival in 2009, as well as supporting Enter Shikari on a short run of shows in May 2009.[3]
Don Broco also played Underage Festival, at Victoria Park in London, UK, in both 2009 and 2010. They played Sonisphere festival 2010 on the Red Bull Bedroom Jam stage.[4] The band then went on to support Enter Shikari at both their Christmas parties at Hatfield Forum in December 2010.
Record Releases and Further Touring (2011 to Present)
The band released the single Beautiful Morning on Monday 7 February 2011. The video, directed by Lawrence Hardy, was released in January 2011.[5]
They then released their debut mini-album 'Big Fat Smile' on Monday 14 February 2011.[6] This release received numerous excellent reviews, including 4Ks from Kerrang! and 8/10 from Rock Sound. The band embarked on the Big Fat Tour, a headline tour, a day later.[7]
Don Broco, alongside Lower than Altantis and Veara, supported We Are The Ocean on tour in April/May 2011. The tour covered Cardiff, London, Manchester, Newcastle and Glasgow.
The band completed a third UK headline tour in May 2011 with support from Burn The Fleet. This run of shows included a show at the Alternative Escape Festival in Brighton, with Deaf Havana and at Hub Festival in Liverpool, as well as performances at Slam Dunk North and South.
During this time, the band also saw their single "Beautiful Morning" receive national airtime on BBC Radio 1.[8]
Over the summer 2011, Don Broco played a number of UK Festivals including Download Festival, Sonisphere Festival,[9] Hevy Festival, Liverpool Sound City, Slam Dunk Festival and The Great Escape Festival.[10]
Don Broco were also present at the Reading and Leeds festivals appearing on the BBC Introducing stage and included as one of the highlights of the event.[11]
An accompanying video to the band's B-Side "We Are On Holiday" of their 'Dreamboy - Deluxe Edition' single was recently released.[12] The single was made available to download on iTunes on 22 August 2011.
Don Broco are set to support Four Year Strong on their 2012 UK tour.[13]
