Dokumentationszentrum Obersalzberg (Obersalzberg Center of Documentation) is a museum, erected on the groundwork of the former Nazi guesthouse in order to supply historical information concerning the use of the Obersalzberg region by Nazi leaders during the period.

Historic Site
Obersalzberg is located near Berchtesgaden, Bavaria, Germany, close to the Austrian border. The museum is close to where Hitler had his Berghof (Mountain House) in Bavaria. It was opened in 1999, and has been visited by more than one million people.
Exhibits
In the Museum, information in several languages can be found. There are documents, photographs, audio clips, and maps. It was built on the foundation of the Nazi Huesthouse, and there is also a link through a tunnel to the Nazi Bunkers in Obersalzburg, that were built since 1943.
There are special exhibitions, as well. The 2008 Winter Exhibition was about "Free time in Fascism".

Closed January 1 and November 1 as well as December 24, 25, and 31.
April until October Mon - Sun, 9 am - 5 pm, last admission 4 pm
Admission Price
- Adults 6,00 €
- Adults with "Kurkarte"(Guestcard) 2,50 €
- Disabled (with ID) 2,00 €
- Disabled with "Kurkarte" (Guestcard / with ID) 1,50 €
- Students, military and alternative service personal (with ID), children and teachers free.
- Groups from 10 persons up get a 10 % reduction if the total amount is paid by the tour manager.
