Doin' The Do: The Best of Betty Boo is the third album by Betty Boo and was released in 1999. It only contains tracks from her debut album Boomania with the addition of a few extended versions of singles from Boomania, a remix and a megamix.

This "Best of" album was basically a reissue of Boomania, although it did contain a little summary of Betty Boo's career inside the album sleeve, which read as follows:

Betty Boo, born Alison Clarkson in London, 1970, began her career in rap-trio She-Rockers before guesting on The Beatmasters' hit single "Hey DJ I can't Dance (To That Music You're Playing)" to gain her breakthrough into the world of the pop charts. Combining pop and rap to captivating effect, she launched her bid for solo stardom with "Doin' The Do", another Beatmasters' production, and a top 10 hit in 1990. In August of the same year she had even greater success with the follow-up "Where Are You Baby?" a number 3 hit single and one of the most flamboyant and sexy songs of the year. Her visual style, evident in a series of superb promo videos, was almost crucial to her development as the music (during a very style-conscious era!). A change of label did not, unfortunately, lead to greater success, with further singles failing to repeat the chart performance of earlier material. Her infectious and bubbly musical style harked back to the girl-groups of the 1960s and the pop sensibility of the Motown label, connected to a contemporary 90s beat.
