It can be accessed in America, though all the characters are in Chinese.
The game is in 2.5D, so it's somewhere between cartoon and realistic. However, it is different in the fully 3D battle environment. It will be pretty life-like to play the game and it is predicted to be a good community game for Disney lovers.
Players will find that the characters (Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, Goofy, etc.) are in the game as well to help them out with getting used to the game.
Comparisons have been made regarding its stylistic similarities to the Kingdom Hearts franchise.[1]
