Richard V. "Dick" Bedesem, Sr. (January 22, 1931 – October 6, 1999) was the head football coach for the Villanova University Wildcats football team from 1975 to 1980 where he compiled a record of 30–35–1. Bedesem then coach the Delaware Valley College Aggies from 1987 to 1991, compiling a record of 17–32–1. His overall head coaching record was 47–67–2. Between head coaching jobs, Bedesem served as an assistant coach at Temple and Pittsburgh.
