Diabetic Hypoglycemia is an open access online medical journal published three times per year. It is issued by ESP Bioscience and publishes review articles on all aspects of hypoglycemia in diabetes including: basic science, molecular genetics, pathophysiology, epidemiology, and clinical aspects of hypoglycemia prevention, diagnosis and management. The journal was founded in 2008, with the support of an unrestricted educational grant from Novo Nordisk A/S. The journal content is commissioned and peer-reviewed by an independent editorial board.

Diabetic Hypoglycemia content has been cited in a number of Diabetes publications, including the journal Primary Care Diabetes, and the Diabetes Manager online site. The journal is indexed with the British Library and with Ulrich's periodicals database, and also has links with a number of diabetes and endocrinology societies, including: Diabetes UK, the Society for Endocrinology, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) and the International Diabetes Federation's World Diabetes Day initiative.

Diabetic Hypoglycemia has been selected for inclusion in Elsevier’s prestigious EMBASE literature database, and the journal content will be EMBASE indexed from 2010.

Access to the full journal content requires free on-line registration.
