Detaille Island Geography Location Antarctica Coordinates 66°52′S 66°48′W / 66.867°S 66.8°W Country Demographics Population 0 Additional information Administered under the Antarctic Treaty System Detaille Island is a small island off the Northern end of Arrowsmith Peninsula in Antarctica. From 1956 to 1959 it was home to "Station W" of the British Antarctic Survey.[1][2] It is now visited with some frequency by Antarctic cruise ships.
