Derek Enlander

Derek Enlander is a research physician on the faculty of Mount Sinai Medical Center, New York. He was born in Belfast, N.Ireland and attended Medical school in Dublin. He was given a fellowship to Stanford University, California in 1966. He worked on the relationship to Epstein Barr Virus in Hodgkin's Disease. He is board certified in Nuclear Medicine a diagnostic subspecialty in Internal Medicine. He is the Director of the ME/CFS Clinic in New York.
He has published widely on Virology, the Use of Computers in medicine and on Myalgic Encephalomylitis Chronic Fatigue Syndrome also termed (M.E./ CFS). He has published a book on ME/CFS and four books on the use of computers in Medicine.^{[1][2][3][4][5][6][7][8][9][10][11][12][13][14][15][16]}
He invented a protocol using Immunoprop and Kutapressin Hepapressin in the treatment of ME/CFS. This protocol is based on the methylation cycle ^[17]

Enlander is a researcher and reviewer of papers on the XMRV virus which are presently causing interest and discussion in the etiology of ME/CFS, and is one of the prime researchers in Ampligen, a medicine used in the treatment of ME/CFS^[18][19]
He is the author of the CFS Handbook, a clinician's guide to ME/CFS, a book on Fibromyalgia and the author of four books on the use of computers in medicine.^{[17] [20][21][22][23][24]}
