Dentsu Razorfish Inc. (株式会社電通レイザーフィッシュ, Kabushiki-gaisha Dentsū Razorfish^?) is an interactive agency based in Minato, Tokyo, Japan. It is part of the Dentsu group, and was established in 2001 as a joint-venture with Razorfish. ^[1]

• April 2001 Digital Palette Inc. is established as a joint venture among the Dentsu Group, Fuji Xerox, Dai Nippon Printing, Toppan Printing and Kyodo Printing. Begins offering integrated management services for digital communication contents.
• July 2002 Acquisition of privacy mark.
• October 2002 Enters into business alliance with Art Technology Group, Inc. Launches web services utilizing ATG Dynamo software to offer solutions for developing marketing techniques for online CRM.
• December 2002 D-Pro (Digital Professional Service) business begins operations for implant business services including web production and on-demand printing.
• December 2002 Head office moves to Tsukiji 5-6-10 in Chuo-ku, Tokyo.
• March 2003 First company in Japan to acquire the information security certification standard BS7799, a benchmark in the agency and mass-media industry.
