Democratic Revolutionary Council

Democratic Revolutionary Council: The Democratic Revolutionary Council (Conseil Démocratique Révolutionnaire or CDR) was a faction of FROLINAT founded by Ahmat Acyl^[1] and later headed by Acheikh ibn Oumar and was also known as the New Vulcan Army.^[2]
