Bell is a right-handed batsman who fields as a wicket-keeper. He was born in Blackpool, Lancashire.
Bell made his first-class debut for Cambridge MCCU against Essex in 2011. He made two further first-class matches that season, against Middlesex and Middlesex.[1] In his three matches to date, he has scored 50 runs at an average of 16.66, with a high score of 23 not out. Behind the stumps he has taken 5 catches and made 6 stumpings.[2]
