The University of Wisconsin-Fox Valley, one of the 13 campuses that make up the
University of Wisconsin Colleges , is a two-year campus within the 26 campusUniversity of Wisconsin System located on a 41 acre campus in Menasha,Wisconsin . With more than 1,700 students, UWFox is the second largest of the 13 campuses that comprise theUniversity of Wisconsin Colleges as part of theUniversity of Wisconsin System . Nearly 35% of the students enrolled are age 22 or older. There is a mix of full time (65%) and half-time (35%) students. The University’s current dean is Dr. James Perry. The school is also known as UWFox or UW-Fox Valley.Academics
The campus offers a wide range of courses to begin any one of over 200 academic majors, leading to either an
associate’s degree or theGuaranteed Transfer Program , under which students are guaranteed admission to a four-year University of Wisconsin System campus of their choice if they meet certain academic requirements. UWFox also collaborates with several four-year universities to offerbachelor’s degree s in organizational administration, industrial management, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and general studies, with all classes held on the Menasha campus.UWFox has a student-professor ratio of 28:1; the median class size is 30 students. At least 80% of the faculty have a Ph.D. or equivalent degree. The school also offers over 30 co- and extracurricular activities for continued learning outside the classroom.

The University of Wisconsin-Fox Valley sponsors teams in men’s and women’s
golf , men’s and women’stennis , men’s and women’sbasketball , men’s and women’svolleyball , and coedsoccer . UWFox is a member of theWisconsin Collegiate Conference and theWisconsin Junior College Athletic Association . Barlow Planetarium , a world-class facility with aDigistar II 3-D projector , and theWeis Earth Science Museum , the official State Mineralogical Museum of Wisconsin.
