De Noord

De Noord: De Noord (English: The North) is the tallest windmill in the world. It is situated in Schiedam, Netherlands. It was built in 1803 and has a roof height of 33.3 metres. Its wing span is 26.6 metres. Today De Noord houses a restaurant.^[1]
