Patiala Necklace

Patiala Necklace

The Patiala Necklace contained 2,930 diamonds, including the world's seventh largest diamond, the "De Beers diamond" (428 carats). The necklace disappeared around 1948. Part of it was recovered fifty years later. The De Beers diamond was missing, as were many of the larger stones.[1][2][3]
