Products

Passport

Passport, Datacert’s award- winning flagship product, is a patent-pending technology platform that enables corporate legal departments to consolidate all systems that support the legal function on a single, secure, collaborative framework. Included in this legal “ecosystem” are Datacert systems built on Passport (e.g., Passport Legal Spend Management and Passport Legal Matter Management), systems a company already has for things like eDiscovery, document management, and accounts payable, and new applications the company or third parties develop on Passport.

  • Core Components

Passport core components represent the infrastructure that is common across all legal systems, such as a database, workflow, a rules engine, business intelligence, security, search, etc. These components can be leveraged by all applications built onto or integrated with the Passport platform, supporting system interoperability and data sharing and making administration and support more efficient.

  • Toolkits

Passport includes a suite of toolkits that allow clients and third parties to administer, configure, test, and integrate the Datacert solution.

  • Collaboration Portal

This patent-pending feature enables in-house and outside counsel to securely collaborate on invoices, matter updates, budgets, timekeeper rates, accruals, or custom forms of collaboration.
