Daniel Romano

Daniel Romano is a Canadian visual artist and musician, who has released material both as a solo artist and as a member of the band Attack in Black,^[1] and also as a frequent collaborator with other musicians, including City and Colour, Julie Doiron and Frederick Squire.^[1]

Romano is also a partner in his own independent record label, You've Changed Records, along with his Attack in Black bandmate Ian Kehoe and Steve Lambke of Constantines.^[2]

He also designed the cover art for Attack in Black's first album, Marriage. He has also designed t-shirts and posters for M. Ward, Ben Kweller, Ladyhawk and City & Colour.

Romano's 2011 album Sleep Beneath the Willow was named a longlisted nominee for the 2011 Polaris Music Prize.^[3]
