The Danehill Stakes is a Victoria Racing Club Group 2 Australian Thoroughbred horse race held at set weights conditions, with penalties, for horses aged three years olds over a distance of 1200 metres. It is held annually at Flemington Racecourse in Melbourne in September. Total prizemoney for the race is A$251,500.

- The race was previously known as The Rory's Jester Stakes, The Black Douglas, The Hilton On The Park, Crown Casino Stakes, Chivas Regal and L'Oreal Plate.
- The race was elevated from Group 3 to Group 2 in 2009.
