"Dance with Me" is a song by alternative country band Old 97's from their album Blame It on Gravity.

Music video

The music video features an unnamed protagonist, a stereotypical bearded geek who plays role-playing games and is a fan of Battlestar Galactica. While walking alone on the street (wearing a T-shirt that reads "Frack me"), he spots Tricia Helfer entering a nightclub. Pulling out a copy of a Battlestar Galactica magazine featuring her on the cover, he decides to try and get an autograph. However, he is stopped at the door by the bouncer, who rips his magazine in half. Dejected, the protagonist starts walking away, but suddenly stops as the song begins to play. He walks back up the red carpet and proceeds to kick the bouncer in the groin and shove him through the door. He runs through the club, beating up various bouncers in a homage of wuxia films as he searches for Tricia. The band itself is seen at various times playing the club, with the action going on in front of them. Eventually the protagonist is shown sitting with Tricia and flirting with her while she strokes his hair. The video suddenly cuts back to him standing at the end of the red carpet, revealing the elaborate fight sequence to have been a fantasy in his own mind. He hangs his head and slowly walks away.
