Club career
Dai started his senior career with Shenyang Ginde in Chinese Super League in 2004. He made his debut for Shenyang on 31 October 2004.[1] Although Dai was considered as a talent player, he did not establish himself within the club. He got only 26 league appearances in 6 years.
Dai moved to Hunan Billows in February 2010.[2]
International career
Dai was a member of the Chinese Olympic team and was expected to appear in the 2008 Summer Olympic, however he was dropped from the team due to ligament damage.
