Dab (clan)

The Dab are a clan of Khokhar Rajputs found in the province of Punjab in Pakistan. They are found mainly in Sargodha and Chakwal districts, with the village of Dab in that district being a centre of the tribe. H. A. Rose noted in 1911 that their customs were similar to other Jat clans in their neighbourhood and that, like them, they were involved mainly in agriculture.[1]
