Profile

The station was launched on October 18, 2009 during the 4th foundation anniversary celebration of Brigada News, the #1 local daily newspaper in Mindanao. Its Format is an innovation of mixing the modern AM’s news and public affairs programs and quality music of traditional FM programming.

According to the latest official survey result conducted by The Nielsen Company, Brigada FM is #1 in News, Commentaries & Public Affairs and #2 in Music and over all ratings in both FM and AM radio stations in General Santos City.
