DIA GEMSTONE

DIA GEMSTONE is a leadership development program of the United States Defense Intelligence Agency. Certain executive positions within the agency require or strongly prefer graduates of the program. The curriculum comprises four levels of development aimed at individual contributors, new supervisors, experienced supervisors, and managers.[1] The program consists of coursework, distance learning, individual needs assessment, and mentoring.[2]
