IJzevoorde is a small
village in theprovince ofGelderland in the east part of theNetherlands . The name literally means Iron Ford. It has about 30 inhabitants and buildings include aschool , akindergarten , agym , a bar and a small stage. The school has about 60student s and there are a lot offarmer s' children attending the school. IJzevoorde also has a smallcampground . Close to IJzevoorde lies thecastle of "De Slangenburg" which literally means 'snake castle'. However, this literal translation actually refers to a littleriver called theSlinge . Ahospital inDoetinchem is called Slinge-land.
