David BannerCrooked Lettaz was an American hip hop group composed of Jackson, Mississippi natives David Banner and Kamikaze.
Signed to Penalty Recordings in 1998, Crooked Lettaz first promotional single "Caught Up In The Game" was released later in the year followed by "Firewater" in early 1999 which featured Noreaga. Their only album Grey Skies was released on April 20, 1999, peaking at 75 on the Billboard's R&B chart. After the release of the album, Both would embark on successful solo careers. Kamikaze made guest appearances on Banner's Them Firewater Boyz, Vol. 1, Mississippi: The Album and Certified, and Banner appeared on "AKA Mr. Sho-Nuff: Firewater Boy #2" and produced a record for the "2 Broke 2 Ball" Album. but no further releases have come from the group.
