Craig Smart co-hosts Ten News at Five in Perth, Western Australia with Narelda Jacobs. [1]
Craig completed his Bachelor of Journalism at Murdoch University in 1998 and began his career as a journalist with West Australian Newspapers in Albany. He spent ten years with the ABC as a reporter and radio news presenter in Albany and Perth from 2000 to 2010. He was the ABC’s weekend television presenter from late 2005 to 2010.[2]
In 2011 he joined the Channel Ten news team. [3]
Craig is married and is interested in music, cycling, travel, songwriting and French culture. [4]
