Plot

Lincoln and Michael are now framed for the assassination of the son of the Indian Prime Minister. Michael goes to the hotel to help Lincoln flee the scene. Meanwhile, Mahone is sent to Sara's friend's loft to interrogate Christina who they think is there, tied up and held captive by Sara so Mahone can find out where she has Scylla. When he arrives, Mahone finds Christina has escaped, leaving Sara tied up. He frees her, telling her to get away while she can but she refuses and remains in the loft, waiting for Michael to return. Self is now busy at the hotel, using his Homeland Security credentials to spy on the polices' plan to capture the brothers. The hotel is locked down, leaving Michael and Lincoln trapped in the hallway of an upper floor of the hotel. Armed with details of the attack from Self, Michael devises a plan and they are able to escape. While this is going on, The General has figured out Christina's true intentions and is also trying to get Lincoln and Michael out of the hotel to avoid them getting caught by the feds as he doesn't know what information they might divulge, so he sends one of his men to take care of them. Their mission a failure, Michael and Lincoln return to the loft to meet up with a very angry General. He reminds everyone that he gave all of them one day to get Scylla and they failed, so he takes action by killing one of the crew's loved ones at random (Self's wheelchair-bound wife is sacrificed while he is forced to listen as the hit is delivered via phone) and attempts to kill Self too, who escapes by jumping into the water and sustains a compound fracture in his leg. Her subterfuge and plans finally laid bare, Christina frames The Chinese for the hit on the PM's son, and orchestrates a deal with the grief stricken Indian Prime Minister for 3/4 of a billion dollars in exchange for Scylla to be used for military, not humanitarian efforts. Christina goes to her bank to verify funds were transferred when Michael, Lincoln, and Mahone don ski masks and stage a fake armed robbery inside the bank, taking Christina and her aide by surprise, before taking Scylla and escaping on foot. As Lincoln sacrifices himself to cover them, Michael and Mahone flee with Scylla, not knowing Lincoln has been caught by Christina's men. Meanwhile, the General decides that he needs leverage in order to properly control Michael, so he instructsT-Bag to get Sara and hold her prisoner in the loft, she is now their leverage with Michael. While he and Mahone debate what to do with Scylla, Michael receives a call from the General telling him that he has Sara, and that he knows that he got Scylla, and if he doesn't give it back to the Company, Sara will die. Shortly after, despirited and broken, Michael receives another call, this one from his mother telling him that she has Lincoln, and to force his hand, while Michael listens, she shoots Lincoln in the lung warning Michael that if he doesn't get any medical care in the next five hours, he will die. Now Michael has to choose between saving either Sara or Lincoln.
